If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 100 nights from the delivery date for a full refund, provided the topper is in good, undamaged condition.
To qualify for a refund:
The product must be returned within 100 nights of receiving it.
The topper must be clean, undamaged, and free from stains, odours, or signs of misuse.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns are accepted only for orders placed through our official store everlombedding.com
Please note: We cannot accept returns that are heavily used, soiled, or damaged due to improper care.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full return shipping cost or arrange a replacement at no charge.
If you’re returning the product because it’s not the right fit, or you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2️⃣ We’ll provide detailed return instructions and the return address.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
The topper shows signs of damage, misuse, or unsanitary condition.
The return is requested after 100 nights.
