You can try your Everloom product at home for up to 100 nights. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within the trial window.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in good, usable condition
No severe damage, stains, or signs of misuse
Original accessories must be included (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is excessively damaged.

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Return shipping instructions may vary depending on your location (UK, USA, Canada).
We will provide the correct return address in your region once your request is approved.
In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Items heavily damaged, stained, or modified
Free gifts or promotional items

Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after placing them.
After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
